We are a family run small business established by Robert “Mitch” Tibbitts in 1981. Mitch began with automatic door repair out of a shop in his home in the Ojai Valley. The business has since grown and now includes installation of commercial automatic and manual doors, hardware and storefront glazing. Mitch has since retired and the corporation he started is now run by his daughter Jessica as CFO and our estimator Mike as CEO. We make sure our customers are provided with the best client experience possible. The business operates on a basic principle: Hard work, honesty and quality service create loyal customers.
We are a full service automatic door company and factory authorized Besam /Assa Abloy automatic door distributor specializing in the installation and service of automated entrances including swing, slide and revolving doors. In addition, we offer a broad range of specialty doors. Included are commercial and industrial doors – both automatic and manual – that slide, swing, fold or revolve, and that are wood, aluminum, hollow metal, glass, clean room, and fire-rated doors. We also repair and install panic hardware, maglocks, and ICU doors. We will also provide you with solutions to bring any and all types of door openings into compliance with ADA requirements and ANSI safety standards.
